Additionally, we broaden our audience search on sites including Superpages, BBB, and MANTA. Do you have a preferred site but not on our list? Not a problem! We are equipped to collect data from other specific sources as needed or by request as long as it’s a public directory.

We’ve partnered with a trusted third-party validator to enhance the accuracy of the email addresses we collect. However, we can’t disclose the platform’s identity to safekeep our company’s integrity and interests.
You can trust that our lists are extremely accurate—90% of the time. Additionally, before they get delivered, we manually clean and compile them to make sure they’re not only accurate but also readily consumable.
Yes, our lists are formatted in a way that it’s consumable and can be directly uploaded to GoHighLevel (GHL).
We usually get around 70%-110% of the amount of contacts. This means that from 25k contacts we can expect anywhere from 17.5k to 27.5k.
Unfortunately, for newly scraped lists, we won’t be able to give an accurate estimate until we’re done scraping and compiling the list.
Availability fluctuates as some users opt not to populate all the fields within their profiles. This can result in gaps that we’re unable to scrape due to their absence.
Absolutely! We are capable of collecting data from other countries and the popular ones include Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and Ireland. However, it’s important to note that the anticipated volume of data might be comparatively smaller in non-US and Canada regions. This is primarily because online business directories may not be as extensively utilized in certain countries.
At this point, our sources primarily provide business phone numbers that are publicly registered by the business or account owners in online directories. There might be some numbers that are personally used by the contact person but can considerably be a business-used line. Speaking specifically about LinkedIn, despite its potential for personal-level data like email addresses, we can only extract phone numbers from the web pages mentioned in the profiles. While there might be instances where certain numbers could be categorized as personal, our experience generally shows that they tend to be business-oriented phone numbers.
The lists will be delivered to the email address you’ll provide us.
You’ll receive a single zip file for each source, niche, and country. Each zip file contains varying contents depending on the source. For LinkedIn and Yellow Pages, you’ll find 4 files including a complete file in .xlsx format and 3 .csv files in CRM format, a file containing the contact/business names and email addresses,and a file containing the contact/business names and phone numbers. For Yelp, you’ll get the same type of files and formatting with the exception of the email address .csv file, since Yelp doesn’t doesn’t provide email addresses on their platform.
Yelp doesn’t doesn’t provide email addresses on their platform. However, we can do an extra process to scrape email addresses using the website URLs we collected by request as this isn’t part of our standard process.
Our lists are generally saved as an excel workbook (.xlsx format) containing all data points we’ve collected. Apart from this, we also save the phone numbers, email addresses in CSV format as well as a CRM file with all data collected having only one column for email addresses, and one column for phone numbers.
Our price points vary on the scraping source that will be used. Our standard pricing is as follows:
Yellowpages: $300
YELP: $250
LinkedIn: $200 for 5k contacts, $300 for 10k, $400 for 15k, $600 for 25k, $1200 for 50k, $1800 for 75k, and $2200 for 100k contacts.
Custom Sources need to be accessed before we can set up the price. Custom scrapes are usually priced at $300 – $400.

Our lists are compiled separately by source, hence, we do not match out the data between sources to identify the duplicates. There might be some overlap among sources in terms of the business names, phone numbers, and email addresses, but all the contacts within a single list are unique in terms of the data points available per source.
LinkedIn contacts may have many positions at the same time, particularly if they run a business while working a full-time job, are a member of a committee, or are doing multiple jobs for a corporation simultaneously.
Numerous companies provide multiple services. So, for Yelp and Yellowpages, if the company provides the service we’re looking for or if they identified themselves as providing that kind of service even though their business name doesn’t exactly match the service name we indicated as your niche, they will still be included in the list.
Absolutely! We can scrape from sources other than our standard ones. These sources have to be accessed and evaluated by the team in order to assess the quality of the contacts, the volume, and establish the pricing.
We don’t recommend scraping from these sources anymore due to regulated law embedded in these platforms. Consequently, we no longer collect data from any of them. But what’s great about our lists is, they can be used for marketing purposes to these sites such as ad campaigns or matching custom or look-alike audiences.
Unfortunately, the majority of the contacts we extract do not publish their revenue. We can, however, use filters to include business or company owners and decision-makers, particularly on LinkedIn, which may give us a similar desired result.
The standard turnaround time for list delivery of a newly scraped list takes about 3 to 5 business days to go through the process of scraping, cleaning, compilation, and quality checking. For existing lists, it only takes about 1 to 2 business days to get delivered.
The top 3 niches we usually scrape with the highest volume are Real Estate Agents/Brokers, Dentists, and Insurance Agencies. And, few of the niches with a significant amount of contacts are Contractors/Laborers, Attorneys/Lawyers, Medical Spas, Dermatologists, Chiropractors, and other common medical niches.
Our lists are being sold a maximum of three times to maintain their effectiveness. To keep the information current and relevant, we typically refresh these lists every 6 months to a year, or even later if necessary. This ensures that you’re working with data that’s not only of good quality but also up-to-date.

We manually clean our lists to ensure that the majority of the contacts belong to the correct niche with valid data points in order to increase the effectiveness of the list. We also format the lists into a consumable view that allows you to directly upload them to the marketing platform you’ll be using for your campaign.
Absolutely, and I appreciate your interest in our services. However, it’s important to note that each list is scraped individually, which means the pricing is determined by the contact count within each list. In this case, the total number of contacts across the package won’t directly affect the pricing. However, we can provide you a discount that still ensures transparency and fairness in our pricing model.
